MOSCOW, Nov 23 (PRIME) -- The Brent price fell 4.92% to U.S. $59.52 per barrel at 4:36 p.m. Moscow time on Friday, a record low since October 27, 2017, according to the data of trade.

WTI decreased 6.99% to $50.81 per barrel.
